EVERYDAY AI COACHING · FOR PROFESSIONALS
Put AI to work.
Know how to check it.
Practical coaching with Ladarius for professionals who want to use AI with more confidence. Bring a task, choose a tool, and learn how to turn its output into work you can review and use.
Sessions are tailored to your role, experience, and available tools. Scope and pricing are confirmed before we begin.
Start with the work you do.
You do not need to learn every platform. Choose the area that fits your next task.
Everyday writing, thinking, and analysis
ChatGPT & Claude
Turn a rough brief into a useful draft, summarize an approved document, or prepare for a meeting. Practice giving context, asking follow-up questions, and checking claims before sharing.
Example sessionTurn sample meeting notes into a concise update with decisions, owners, and next steps.
Output review and testing
Codex & Claude Code
Learn to explain a task, inspect the proposed code changes, and test whether the result meets your requirements. Review assumptions, dependencies, errors, and edge cases before accepting a change.
Example sessionReview a small generated tool, run its checks, reproduce a failure, and compare the corrected result against the original request.
A live workflow demonstration
Perplexity Computer
Watch a multi-step research task develop into a reviewable result. We explain the request, inspect sources, and refine the output together so you can judge where this approach fits your work.
Example sessionResearch a topic using public information, organize findings in a comparison, and prepare a short briefing with source links.
Agents and repeatable workflows
Copilot Studio & Power Automate
Map a repetitive task, explore an agent or flow, and understand triggers, actions, approvals, and failure handling. Start with a small demonstration before considering a workflow in your organization.
Example sessionUse sample requests to demonstrate intake, routing for approval, and a status notification, including what happens when a step fails.
AI in the tools you already use
Microsoft 365 (M365)
Explore work in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, including Copilot features available in your organization. Practice reviewing summaries, checking spreadsheet results, and turning drafts into clear communications.
Example sessionTurn sample project notes into an email update and presentation outline, then check the dates, numbers, and assigned actions.
Team knowledge across Jira and Confluence
Rovo in Atlassian
Explore Rovo Search, Chat, and Agents within the Atlassian tools your team uses. Practice finding context, summarizing project information, and following source material back to the original work.
Example sessionUse a sample project to find relevant knowledge, prepare a status summary, and identify follow-up questions for the team.
A useful result, with a way to verify it.
- 01
Define the task
Choose an everyday workflow and agree on what a good result should contain. Use sample or approved material.
- 02
Build and review
Work through a prompt, draft, demonstration, or small prototype. Examine the sources, assumptions, and proposed actions.
- 03
Test and repeat
Check the result against the task. For code and automation, try normal and failure cases. Leave with a reusable example and a review checklist.
Use tools and data approved by your organization. Access depends on your subscriptions, permissions, and administrator settings. We can use demonstrations when workplace access is unavailable; production changes need your organization’s review.
