HOW IT WORKS

Real progress starts
with a conversation.

From your first question to a finished plan, we take it one step at a time, in person or remotely, at a pace that works for you.

  1. Tell us what you need

No technical terms required. A short description is enough to get started.

  2. Make a plan together

We recommend a service and confirm the scope, price, and availability.

  3. Get help. Build confidence.

We work through the issue and explain what we did, at your pace.

WHAT A REAL ENGAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE

Four examples, four very different goals.

These composite examples show how deeper projects unfold. Your plan is shaped around your devices, goals and pace.

Professional

“I spend every Friday building the same report. I want AI to do the heavy lifting without risking client data.”

An operations manager at a mid-size firm uses Microsoft 365 and has access to an approved AI assistant through work.

  1. Map the work and the rules

We break the weekly report into steps, mark which data is confidential, and check the company’s AI and data policy so nothing sensitive goes where it shouldn’t.

  2. Build the workflow

We create reusable prompts that summarize project updates, draft the narrative and flag risks, and set up an Excel step that cleans and charts the numbers automatically.

  3. Test it against real reports

We run the workflow on three past reports, compare the output to what was actually sent, and tune the prompts until the drafts need only light edits.

  4. Make it stick

You leave with a one-page standard operating procedure, a review checklist for accuracy, and a follow-up session two weeks later to refine what you learned in practice.

Goal: turn a half-day report into a short draft-and-review routine you can hand to a teammate.

Student

“Nursing school is a firehose. I want to study smarter with AI, without breaking the honor code.”

A second-year nursing student with a new laptop, a heavy reading load and a clinical placement coming up.

  1. Set up a study system

We configure the school’s Microsoft 365 account, OneNote notebooks by course, automatic cloud backup and a citation manager for research papers.

  2. Use AI the right way

We read the school’s AI policy together, then build prompts that turn lecture notes into practice questions and flashcards, with every answer checked against the textbook.

  3. Practice under pressure

We set up spaced-repetition review and a timed practice routine for exams, plus a habit for checking AI explanations of medications and procedures against approved sources.

  4. Plan for what’s next

We polish a LinkedIn profile, organize clinical documents securely and rehearse interview answers with an AI mock interviewer, reviewed by a person.

Goal: a study system that saves hours each week and holds up to your school’s integrity rules.

Adult

“We have cameras, a smart thermostat, three kids’ tablets and a doorbell. I have no idea if any of it is secure.”

A busy household with a mix of iPhone and Android devices, a video doorbell, indoor cameras and a smart speaker in every room.

  1. Audit the home network

We list every connected device, update the router, change default passwords and move cameras and smart devices onto their own network, away from laptops and phones.

  2. Bring devices together

We connect compatible devices to one app using the Matter standard where possible, set automations the whole family will actually use, and remove what you don’t need.

  3. Protect the family

We set age-appropriate parental controls, review camera and microphone privacy settings, set up a shared password manager and agree on a family code word for AI voice-clone scams.

  4. Leave a playbook

You get a simple household tech guide: what each device does, who has access, how to add a new device safely and what to do if something looks wrong.

Goal: a smart home that is easier to use, harder to break into and understood by everyone who lives there.

Small Business

“Twelve employees, everyone on personal email, and last month someone almost paid a fake invoice.”

A growing landscaping company where the owner handles IT on top of everything else.

  1. Secure the foundation

We move the team to business email on the company domain, turn on multifactor sign-in for every account, and set up shared drives so files no longer live on personal phones.

  2. Stop payment fraud

We set an invoice verification rule (call back on a known number before any new bank details are used), configure email authentication and run a short phishing awareness session for staff.

  3. Put AI to work, safely

We build approved workflows for quotes, customer replies and social posts, with a human review step and a one-page AI use policy staff can follow.

  4. Plan for growth

We document onboarding and offboarding for employees, set up automatic backups and create a simple checklist the owner can run each quarter.

Goal: professional systems, fewer fraud risks and a few hours back each week for the owner.
