A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT WONDER

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What happens after I send a request, and how fast will I hear back?

We review what you described, then contact you by your preferred method to ask any follow-up questions, recommend the right service, and confirm the scope, price, format and time. Nothing is booked or charged until you agree to that plan. If something is urgent, call or text 980-895-9733.

How is pricing set, and when do I pay?

Listed prices are starting prices for a typical session. After we understand your goal, devices and how much ground to cover, we give you a confirmed price before any work begins. Multi-session packages cost less per session. Monthly support plans are on an interest list and are not billed yet.

How do you protect my accounts and data during a session?

We ask before touching a device, changing a setting or signing in. You type your own passwords and verification codes, and we never write them down or keep copies of your files. Session notes record what we did and what to practice next, never credentials or financial details.

In person or remote: how do sessions actually work?

In person, we come to your home, office or a public spot in the Charlotte area. Remote sessions run over Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams with screen sharing, so we can guide you on your own device. Before a remote session we send a short checklist so the call starts on time.

Which devices, apps and platforms can you help with?

iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, Mac and Chromebook; Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude; and smart home systems including Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home and Matter devices. If something is outside what we can responsibly support, we tell you up front and point you to the right specialist.

Can you work with my business or team, including our existing IT provider?

Yes. We support teams of 1 to 25 on site in Charlotte or remotely, with business email and file setup, cybersecurity basics, AI workflows and staff training. If you already have an IT provider, we coordinate with them instead of changing systems they manage, and we can review your confidentiality requirements before we start.

Will using AI for school get a student in trouble?

Not when it is used the right way. We start with the school’s academic integrity and AI policy, then teach study methods that use AI as a tutor: practice questions, explanations and feedback, with answers checked against course materials. We never complete graded work. Students under 18 need a parent or guardian to request sessions.

Can I request help for someone else?

Yes. Adult children often arrange help for a parent, managers for a team member, and parents for a student. Tell us who the help is for and how to reach them. We involve that person directly and respect their privacy and decisions about their own accounts.

What if I think I have already been scammed?

First contact your bank or card company and, if needed, report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov or IdentityTheft.gov. We can then help you secure your accounts, update passwords and multifactor sign-in, check devices for unwanted access and set up habits that make it less likely to happen again. We provide education and setup help, not fraud investigation or emergency response.

Do I need to know what’s wrong or use technical terms?

No. Describe what you are trying to do and what happens instead, in your own words. A screenshot or a photo of an error message helps, but it is never required.
