Open an iPhone photo on any computer, shrink a photo so it sends, remove the hidden location, or put photos and PDFs into one PDF. It all happens on this device: your files are never uploaded.
Before you share a photo
- Phones can save the exact spot where each photo was taken, inside the photo file.
- Anyone who gets the original file may be able to see it. Apps handle this differently, so it’s safest to take it out yourself.
- On iPhone, tap Options at the top of the share screen and turn off Location before you send.
- Sending photos of your home, car or children? Make a copy here first.
