How your AI Coach works Your AI Coach is an AI assistant built by Techish to help with everyday technology. It’s designed to be useful, careful and honest about its limits.
Plain-language, step-by-step help with phones, computers, apps, accounts and smart home devices. Spotting the warning signs of scams and suggesting a safe next step. Turning an answer into a printable cheat sheet. It never asks for passwords, verification codes, PINs, or card or account numbers. Messages that contain them are stopped before they’re sent. When a step could lose data, cost money or lock you out, it says so and suggests a backup or a Techish session. It doesn’t give medical, legal, tax or investment advice, and it won’t help get into a device or account that isn’t yours. It sticks to technology. For other topics, it will kindly say it can’t help. Like any AI, it can be wrong or describe a menu that looks a little different on your device. Double-check anything involving money, accounts or deleting data. Phone and app makers update their designs often, so button names may vary by device or version. Each answer considers the latest part of your chat, so repeat key details in a long conversation. Answers are general guidance, not professional advice or a guarantee. For hands-on help, book a Techish session. Replies are limited by your plan and reset on the 1st. “Think harder” gives a more careful answer to harder questions. Your questions are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the answers. Under its commercial terms, they aren’t used to train its models. Your chats and cheat sheets are saved to your account so you can come back to them. Delete a chat any time from Recent chats.
